I don't get it. What "service" did you pay for that you didn't get? You got your bag, right? How do you know that the zipper didn't get opened a little on the journey from the conveyor belt to the plane and your toothbrush fell out? How do you know that turbulence didn't jostle your stuff around in a loosely packed suitcase? Of course, nobody should have intentionally opened your bag, but you can't expect the contents to arrive as perfectly placed as when you packed the bag. Suitcases get tossed around. Air pressure can cause the contents of plastic bottles to explode. Why are you condemning the airline??
