Angry Lookout for Latoya Hodson at LAX = racist

Wel, my story is amazing;

I lost my flight from Madrid to Chicago a few days ago. I was placed on a flight to New York. The agent checked on my bag status and I was told it was still in Madrid and almost 100% would not arrived in LAX with me. This was further confirmed when I arrived at NY and the bag not showed up at customs.

When I arrived to LAX I went stright to the lost baggage counter. It was 1:00 am and there was nobody in line. I found agent LATOYA HODSON and I approached her about my bag. I explained in detail my flight situation and handed her the bag's recipt which was still the original Chicago flight info on it. She looked at her computer and then proceeded to ask me when I had flown to Chicago. I then re-explain my situation and told her that I never flew to Chicago (I mean, I just got off a flight from NY. It is SIMPLE LOGIC, but...)

From this point on and without further comments her attitude went from bad to horrible. She walked away and came back and very insolently tols me to wait until all the bags had come out and the flight was "cleared". It was so obvious this was retaliation, but I obliged anyways.

AS I WALKED AWAY AGeNT LATOYA HODSON USED A RACIAL SLUR in low voice that she mumbbled in low voice assuming I did not hear her, but I DID. I turned around and saked her to repeat what she said again and asked her why she said it. She said nothing, did not even looked at me to my face and simply ignored. I asked again and she walked away.

And so I went back to the carrousel and waited.....forever. Everyone was long gone from the terminal when the carrousel finally stopped. I came back and a different agent took over my case. I could tell LATOYA HODSON had said something to her co-worker because the attitude from her was just barely better. My P.I.C. report had the wrong last name and she barely asked me any questions. I ACTUALLy had to remind the agent to enter the bags description which she never even asked for.

By the time I walked out of the terminal all shuttle vans were gone and closed for the night. I had to take a taxi and spend $40 to get home.

Had this agent been white and I any other race this would be a federal case, but since I am middle aged caucasian male I am sure it will be written off as "I am sure he did something bad" or "Well, you probably offended her without even realizing".

All I know is that I was polite, I explained things normally and that in return for that I was insulted, cussed out and, I suspect, purporsely mistreated as retaliation for whatever personal reasons this agent had.

So if you loose your luggage in LAX, treat this lady with gloves least you want to get insulted by her.
