Angry I've had the same crap service from them

I've flown with Etihad once, and will do again in December.

First time they lost my luggage but finally got it back 5 days after they told me i could have it, after numerous phone calls on my behalf to find out what was happening as they basically didn't give a dam.

My next journey i went with Emirates their competitior - no problems whatsoever

This time i fly with Etihad thinking they cannot lose my luggage again, the only reason i fly with them is because of price, a lot cheaper than Emirates and Qatar.

But this time, i lose my flight, i was to fly in the morning, but then turned up on an evening flight, and amazingly, my wife was kicked off the flight altogether, after numerous phone calls we both managed to be were we want to be.

I fly in December, but have complained to them about the lack of communication with us regards our flight changes via email and written letters, and only got a response of, we will contact you in 20 days. Months later still waiting, and when i leave more feedback with them, again at my cost, i get no response at all.

Good cheap flight to were i want to go, but crap service

ETIHAD ARE VERY CHEAP COMPARED TO OTHERS, BUT EXPECT TO SOLVE YOUR OWN PROBLEMS!!

MAKE SURE YOUR ON THAT FLIGHT!!
