This amazes me.
There seems to be similarities within AC.
At the airport, AC has no supervisors (as stated).
I called the customer service line, and the call-rep said they don't have any supervisor or manager.
Another similarity is that that it seems AC reps do not enjoy giving away their names. My flight got canceled, and there was only one AC rep in the info desk, she was very rude. Asked for her name, she covered her id tag, and refused to give her our name. Obviously, I knew if try to flip her tag or touch her, she can say some "harass story" so I didn't even bother trying. And knowing how the airline works, when complained, and when you describe the person, they can narrow it down because of the time, date, and the area that the rep worked, they can find the name. I guess mine would be easier to find because she was the ONLY AC person available.
