I have a very serious complaint about Qatar Airways. They lost my luggage and refused to pay me out. After lenghty battles, emails, phonecalls and visits to their offices, they did not even had the decency to settle my claim and paid absolutely no attention to my inquires.
Furthermore They book you on flights with stopovers of more than 6 hours in Doha and then refuse to accomodate you on earlier flights or to arrange hotel accomodation.
All that happens when you complain, is that they send you around in circles.
Does anybody know where one can complain? Is there an international body that control complaints like this?????
Qatar Airways is definately by far the worst when it comes to client services and follow up.
