Go to this site:
http://aircanada.com/en/customercare/index.html and click on "Past Travel - Comments, Compliment, Complaints". It opens a form where you can state your complaint. If you didn't get the agents name, I'll bet they can find out who it was just by the flight number and date. Good luck.
