Paid for Buisness received Econonmy seats
I purchased a business fare ticket on united web site for both my son and myself to fly from Fresno, Ca to Delhi, India. Our seats were in economy for the leg of the trip from Frankfurt to Delhi and on the return from Delhi to Frankfurt, I was offered no refund of the amount I paid…full fair business. I was told that since the flight was moved to a Lufthansa by United they had no control of the type of seat I received. I wrote two letters and made 4 phone calls to united customer service but was told thier was nothing they could do and couldn't offere a refund. I am a mileage premier customer.
