NO IT'S NOT! First of all it's AA's plane to do with as they see fit. Secondly, as soon as AA OPS made the decision to swap the Zurich flight with yours it was no longer the Buenos Aires flight. The airport personnel were never part of the decision making process nor are they obligated to tell you the reason behind their OPS decisions as they are "out of the loop."
