Marsha,
So sorry about your recent experience..I can relate, however, with two different airlines, Southwest and ATA. I was getting the "run-around" by the lower lever customer service representatives, so what I did was emailed their regional directors. Not only was I compensated but also received a refund for the "extra" I paid for business class fare i was bumped from..hope this helps..
