Hey it was just a suggestion. Since the airlines are going crazy with these fees I thought why not charge a fee for a value added service such as guaranteed baggage delivery and real-time tracking. However for a small investment you can buy GPS locators and put them in your bags. It's just like a cellphone. You pay for the unit and an annual fee and if your bag is lost you go online and it will locate it for you. Pretty neat but pretty pricey. They make them for dogs as well. Attaches to a collar and you can locate Fido if he wanders off.
