Wrongo, trvlr. The airline makes a scheduling mistake, I'm the guy who got to fix the mistake, even though I had no part in making it. I was there to help the customer yet I was treated like I, personally, caused the error even though all I did was check people in and put them on airplanes. Not really all that hard.
I stand by my earlier comments as I fail to believe it was changed EXACTLY 12 hours from am to pm. Passengers would have to be re-accomodated not to mention aircrafts, crews, freight, etc.
