Yeah, my suggestions are:
1. Don't select an airline based on their FF programmes. They are not worth it.
2. Write a letter of complaint and copy it to the BBB, but your chances of success
are limited.
3. Don't fly United again
4. Drop the "discrimination" part of your claim, the US airlines are equal opportunity
scammers and treat all customers equally badly regardless of ethnicity, religion or
sexuality.
