The OP stated his tickets were booked in Q class so according to United's T&Cs he should receive 100% mileage credit. I would do as was suggested before and
submit an online missing mileage claim or mail your boarding passes and a copy of your e-ticket confirmation/receipt to United Mileage Plus @
