Well that all depends on where you live.. I can walk down the street and hold my bf's hand without having to fight my way out of it, but doesn't the fact that you can't make my point? If people spent a bit less time judging everyone else and just accepted humanity in it's many variations, gay, straight, fat, thin, black, white etc.. the world would be a better place. People who are the victims of any kind of pointless judgement should stick together and try to make the world a bit easier for everyone. That is not the same as saying that a fat person should be allowed to encroach onto the space of the person sitting next to them. It simply means that we should adopt rules and policies which recognise the problem (such as Southwest) and address it. It doesn't have to be done in a hostile or judgemental way to be effective.
