My boyfriend is in a job with alot of security surrounding it also--which is something that sould not play into this but was mentioned.
What the heck does this mean? What does his job having a lot of security "surrounding it" have to do with his dangling arm? Who mentioned it?

Getting a company executive to say that

a negative attitude should not be displayed by the flight attendant
doesn't mean that they agreed with you about his incident. It is self evident and akin to saying "our baggage handlers should not steal from the bags". Although, now you mention it, airline executives are not very good at enforcing either of these two self evident truths!!

Your boyfriend, who is in a job surrounded by security, seems hypersensitive to touch. Might I suggest that before he takes a flight, he perhaps considers taking a sedative to help calm his nerves so that if someone does have to touch his arm, he is able to handle things a little more calmly and is perhaps not quite so distressed. As you are a nice lady and find this equally distressing, you may wish to consider taking one too.

Travelling can be very traumatic. Last week I was on a tram and as someone was getting off his backpack brushed against me and I had to grab one of the poles to steady myself. Naturally, I was distraught and wrote to Prague Transport Authority to complain but they didn't have the decency to even reply. I also put a claim into my travel insurance company, but can you believe it, they havn't even processed it. They seem to think that when you are travelling on public transport that sometimes you are likely to be touched. I don't know that the world is coming to.
