It is annoying because it is posted in the Continental Airlines complaints forum, and it has nothing to do with them. You also posted in American, Alaska, etc etc. It is nuts what you are doing. If you have a complaint about British Gas do you write to Southern Electric, NPower, EDF, etc? You discredit yourself, despite having a very legitimate complaint.
