I've spoken with three separate people and none of them are willing to extend my credit. They say I have to book by July 24 even though I cannot walk to take the trip.

Who has any tips on how I can deal with this? It's $1,200. That's too much to walk away from.

I think they are being unreasonable.

Thanks,

Before the ticket expires in July re-book it for a refundable fare as close to $1,200 as you can find. You will have to pay the change fee to re-book it now but by rebooking to a refundable ticket you will be able to change that one for no fee. The new ticket will be be valid for another year from the date you re-book.
