Judge, surely you are not implying that this rude gate agent was in London? Such rudeness in London? How could you suggest such a thing!! I am not actually sure it was, because I think there is only one direct flight to Colorado from London and that is BA. Therefore if she was flying United, the incident might have occurred in the US on the second leg!!
