Anyone know a good travel lawyer? Booked tickets in Sept through AAA for a June trip. We arrive at the airport for our flight home and are told the flight was cancelled in Dec. "There is nothing we can do for you." AirOne blamed the travel agent. Either way we were at the airport with a ticket home for a cancelled flight. We never received any compensation for our cancelled flight home.

We had to purchase DAY OF tickets home (according the AirOne and AirItalia associate this was the ONLY solution.) We go to AAA when we get home. Apparently they never received the transmission that the flight was cancelled. They are in contact with AirOne who says it will take 180 days to process the claim. If AAA calls again "it will take longer." Who is responsible, AAA or AirOne for refunding our out of pocket expense? It was a lot of money (as you can imagine) to put on a credit card.
