It sounds like Northwest is routing calls overseas now too. Or perhaps Delta has started "integrating" the call centers and sending Northwest calls to the Delta contract call centers overseas. When will these companies learn that the savings of paying low wage offshore employees isn't a savings at all because it comes at the cost of lost business over customer dissatisfaction.
