I travelled from Chicago to Islamabad recently. My flight from Abu Dhabi was on 12 october. I had business class ticket.
There was no proper business class boarding arrangement at gate. The gate assigned was bad as buses had to take us to plane about 2-3 miles away. Business class passengers had to designated transport. At the entery of plane one person standing took my carry on saying that it will be checked in. This carry on has travelled with me for several years and reasonable fits in luggage space. When checked in it was damaged during transport in the cargo. We pay three times the money for business class ticket not just for seat. We expect deserving treatment throughout the journey. Above situation clearly says contrary to this. To properly address my grieviences I would suggest all the above points be given serious considerations. I would also ask to satisfy me and my family as your longtime customer. To do this I would ask you to give me an upgrade to business class from Islamabad to USA on my next flight. My FFP Etihad Guest number is 100098117346 I hope you will take appropriate actions in this matter. Their response has been luke warm to say the least. That is very bad for an airline claims to be best. They have bad service and they don't care |
