Flight doesn't exist?
This flight was booked in May. I checked the website yesterday and printed my flight info. Today, when we went to the airport, the flight wasn't cancelled. It didn't exist! It seems with the merger between US & AA flights were rescheduled and apparently, there wasn't a notification sent. This happened to many other passengers for that flight as well. We were only going away for the weekend & have tix to an event. Won't get in until late tonight and leave Sun AM. Our weekend is RUINED! As a US platinum member, I expected better customer service, but was treated very rudely. VERY VERY Disappointed!
