Thumbs down Dfw-iah 10-24-15

Customer Service is non-existent with American Airlines. You cannot speak to a person, only send emails or US mail. When emailing, you are limited in how much you can say because of character count. When emailing and requesting a phone call, they lie and say they tried to reach you but could not.

DFW American employees are not better, they are rude and completely unhelpful. Not to mention they out and out lie to you.

No matter what the real reason for the cancellation (ie. no pilot available), they claim it is weather so they do not have to make anything right.

A320 FAN Silly Fan, posting is for adults, Grow UP.

OP obviously had 1 or two contact issues with AA's joke of a customer service department.

A long story with dates andflight times and Agents that flat out lie is not needed. AA needs to flush every customer service emploee and manager.

Then start over with people that try.
