Delta Vacations
I booked a trip through Delta Vacations and had a concern with the hotel. Wanted to change hotels because it was a 1 star at best. Called customer service several times, met with the concierge that allegedly was representing Delta, only to be told I did not book through Delta vacations, even though I had the confirmation email email and number.
