I won't name any specific threads or users here, but there are some - okay one person contributing to this board who thinks his opinion is the most valid and attacks anyone, namely myself, who has a differing opinion all beit well thought out and from the perspective of a very frequent traveler.

Some of the "complaints" I've seen here are valid. Most are not. A few are down right petty. Folks air travel isn't what it used to be. My last advice since this will be my last post to this board ever is to GET THE F*** OVER IT AND YOURSELVES!

PHX Flyer... I don't attack you personally, I attack your position, there is a significant difference. This is a debating forum and you have come on here repeatedly and attacked passengers who have complained about the airlines. In one case, a passenger who complained of excessive charges and got restitution from the airline was not only accussed by you of being an extortionist, but also you publicly hoped that he would be punished by having his bags sent to Thailand. That is a personal attack. It is a pity you don't know the difference.

When you lose an argument, you resort to profanity and abuse, as in this posting. Here is an extract of a personal message sent to me

There is a marked lack of intelligence in someone who resorts to this type of response. It is a debating forum about the conduct of the airlines. You consistently and vigorously attack others but lose it when the favour is returned. I think perhaps you are right to move on if you can get so abusive over a simple debate.

You know “PHX,” based on your handle, and the way you think (or, DON’T think!) you sound like Doug Parker, CEO of US Airways---before his next DWI bust!

I suppose you think your darling US Airways should get some bailout money. I can hardly wait to see what happens when US, or one of the other losers, asks Congress for some money. I’d guess its been a good 150 years since the last tar and feathering in Washington.

The last time I flew US Airways was nearly a year ago. I haven't even used the "free" flight vouchers I was given for volunteering due to my overbooked flight from Maui. I have seen America West go from a decent regional airline to what it is today. They have turned a once decent airline into a joke and beat their employees down in the process. The fact they were allowed to take over US Air was a shock. Doug and his "team" in Tempe bit off more than they could chew when they thought they could succesfully merge both airlines. To this day they still operate as US Airways "East" and "West." They do not have an integrated pilot or flight attendant workforce nor is their fleet truly integrated either. It's still America West and US Air only all of the planes have the same paint job.

So take that Butch and stick it wherever you please!
