Default Delta

Delta Airlines personnel were sloppy and totally unprofessional. They gave misinformation and when confronted with this hung up on us. NEVER will anyone in our family fly Delta again. In all the years flying stateside and throughout the world, not once have I encountered such mediocrity. They have not responded to our emails and have never reimbursed us for the money that we lost because of their poor communication both on their website and by phone.

what exactly happened? you didnt provide any or much info on what Delta did wrong, what information was wrong? and how long ago did you email them?
