Default Hawaiin Airlines

Very simply - hope like crazy you dont have to deal with them after your trip. They go out of their was to make contacting them and dealing with them as difficlt as possible. I have quite a few reward miles with them and its almost like they dont want me to redeem them. I have given up trying and will not deal with them amy more. As much as I hate to say it - they win !

"almost" like they don't want you to redeem them. Airlines really don't want you to redeem them...indeed, the business model they use for frequent flyer miles depends on it. They really don't want you to redeem them. If you travel a lot and your employer pays, frequent flyer miles might give you some benefit. If you travel occasionally and pay for your own tickets, frequent flyer schemes are not worth it..your are better to book on price and convenience and forget the scheme. They are like timeshares... Superficially attractive, but ultimately a drag.
