I have booked with Direct Air 4 times and everytime the flight has been delayed.
I am from Canada and have to travel some distance to get to the Buffalo airport so I can not phone every 15 minutes to check flight schedule. So when I get to the airport and find out it has been delayed by a hour or 2 even 3 hours it is very upsetting. ![]() On two of the delayed flights we had a infant child and it was very, very hard to try and comfort her. ![]() I think they need to get their travel business and planes on track or they might be the next Air Line to go under, especially by the other complaints I have read on this site.
