I looked online to book a flight to Utah from San Diego and saw that the original price was $255.40 about a week ago. Since the flight was in January, I figured I could wait a few days. Well, the price jumped to $387.40 a few days later! Their scam worked, I took the bait and figured the prices are going up fast better catch it now! Then I look again a few days later and the price is back down to $255.40 again! They conveniently waited until it was more than their 24 hour limit to reduce the price. The representative I talked and his supervisor said they have many prices for the same class. What is that about? And why was the lower price not available? Why can't you refund a measely $132 (to them) when you make $765 million in one quarter? That would be like me refusing to refund someone a penny because I dropped the price of my product.
