The low-cost Turkish flight operator Pegasus offers all its passengers a cheap travel insurance, boasting about it protecting against baggage loss, trip delay/cancellation and so on.
There is, however, one little point: the insurance is valid for Turkish citizens only. Nowhere on its site or in the process, Pegasus warns about that fact. Actually, the ticket buying process has a mandatory recommendation about the insurance and how good it is, having the deceiving title "Travel Insurance for All Pegasus Passengers" (emphasis added).
The one and only place you find this insurance is useless to you, is 1 word, on page 19 of the full insurance conditions. I deem that completely unacceptable, and have already filed a complaint with Pegasus. Yet, I doubt they will do anything about it. Beware.

I second interDist's comment. Pegasus should be ashamed of themselves for selling this insurance - if this were in the US or the EU they would have been slapped with huge fines and a class action lawsuit. However, because this company is owned by one of the most powerful families in Turkey, they can apparently continue to cheat consumers with impunity.

My complaint, on top of the uselessness of the insurance, is that they sell it to customers who did not ask for it. I expressly checked the "I do not want insurance" box, and after being asked two more times in cryptic terms e.g. "Yes, you do not want insurance?," I was tricked into purchasing the policy even though I did everything I could to avoid buying it. I called customer service via some phone number that costs 50 cents per minute, and after being put on hold for 10 minutes I was put through to voicemail. Needless to say, they never called me back.

DO NOT FLY WITH PEGASUS!!! After all the extras that they try to cheat you for, they will ensure that in the end they get more money from you than if you had purchased a ticket from a real airline.

This company is owned by the Sabanci family. After reading more about this family's businesses, I have a negative opinion but I will not say more than that because it is very dangerous to criticize people in Turkey, especially those with close ties to the government.
