I am here to write against Go air, Go Air should be banned according to me, the incident happened as such that my grandma had booked with goair kolkata to bagdogra flight on 16th march, 2013 for 11:30 flight, flight no. G8-532, she had requested for a wheel chair, an attendant was appointed for her and she was taken to 2nd floor of new kolkata airport after getting the boarding pass and told by the attendant to wait there and the attendant left telling he will come back to take her on wheel chair when the flight arrives, he did not inform her that the departure gates were on ground floor. My grand Ma kept waiting and by the time, the attendant arrived to take her to the departure gates, it was already late and flight departed. Now they are not even bothered to pay compensation for this or book another flight. This is completely negligence on behalf of Go air. I will definitely sue them for this.
