Took air canada vacation package to puerto vallarta .Montreal to toronto,ist leg comfortable,in flight choice of entertainment flight time 45 min.2nd leg toronto to mexico,no in flight entertainment,less seat space,exact same plane on return leg 1 week later 5 1/2 hours flying time,DUH am I missing something.You would think they would switch planes which were both Air Bus 319 but different configurations.From toronto to montreal again comfortable plane but debarked directly onto the tarmac in the cold rainy night wearing summer clothes,thinking we would change when we got our suitcases inside.Wake up and start thinking about your customers who have been loyal to your crappy ways too long.Thank god we now have choices with other airlines who appreciate our service and don't take it for granted like AIR CANADA.It does not take a genius to figure LETS USE THE MORE COMFORTABLE AND BETTER EQUIPPED PLANE FOR THE LONGER LEG OF THE FLIGHT.
