Horrible exp on BA184 had accident and no medical support extended timely
This is in regards to terrible experience I had recently on BA flight Newark ,NJ to LHR .
I would like to bring it to your attention , having a 300+ passenger flight landing at 6:20am GBT airline was not having proper arrangement to connect the aircraft at appropriate door of the airport so that passengers could come out of the plain and get to the Terminal 5 through aerobridge . In such situation arrangement was made by connecting stepping down stairs after a wait of 20minutes in the aircraft and due same when I was getting down I got unbalanced and fell down on the stairs and rolled over 7/8 stairs.
I am surprised to see that Passenger customer support for medical emergency was so poor by BA , at its headquarters hub. Also, let me tell the staff was quite discriminative being Indian passenger they treated me so badly and was bossy to me then polite and humble. they should have been a polite to me being female passenger.
