Today my daughter and her friends had round trip tickets (bought and paid for in April) on Air France from Lyon to Nice. The train in Lyon to the airport broke down and all of the passengers were told they had to WALK the rest of the way to the airport. This caused them to miss their flight to Nice. The ticket agent at Air France not only refused to help them get another flight to Nice, but refused to help them at all! The only thing she did do was cancel the entire ticket so that the trip back to Lyon from Nice was also cancelled! My daughter and friends were treated with such disrespect that she broke down in tears. She has 4 more trips on Air France this summer and I am cancelling them all and finding flights on other airlines. We will never give these horrible people our business again.
