Rude Agents.
ORD to IAH on July 26, terminal 2. Very few people at all in the kiosks area. Unfortunately the kiosk I was trying to use wasn't working. The keyboard screen just did not work. I looked around and there was black middle-aged woman picking at her fingernails behind the counter. So I politely asked her, "Can you help me with this kiosk? It's not working." She very rudely rolled her eyes at me and snapped at me something like "I'm helping another customer right now, you'll just have to wait!!!". They she shook her head and started giving me ghetto attitude. Well I wasn't having any of it. We got into it, and then finally I asked for her name, which of course the piece of chicken sh*t was too scared to give it to me. She absolutely refused and her coworker refused also to give me the woman's name. I then asked for a supervisor and I was told there wasn't any supervisor. Really. So I said I'll be back with security to get your name, to which the two agents tried to tell me that if I reported them, I would not be able to fly that afternoon! REALLY. Miss Black Thing kept ignoring me when I asked for her name. Because she said she didn't have to give it to me. So I went to Terminal 1 and complained to a supervisor who seemed stunned by what happened and gave me the first and last names of the women. So I went back to Terminal 2 and said, "Hi Ravina ******, thanks for your rude lousy service. Toodles!" The look on her face was priceless. But anyways, I think it's common practice for many agents on many airlines to hide their badge or refuse to give you their name. Because they are weak, scared and frightened that you might actually report their horrible, poor, lousy "customer service." |

I have to agree with you that yes, they can be rude and obnoxious as much as they want to because they know nothing will ever come of it, and management won't even mention it to the employee. |
