Last August 2015 I flew SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) to Italy via Copenhagen and purchased a full fare business class ticket on what I was led to believe by their website was their brand new advertised Business class seating/technology configuration. What I got was a 16 year old cabin, a seat that became frozen in the reclined position for half the flight, a non working video display and 5 months later absolutely no contact, resolution or even an acknowledgement to my concerns from their customer service/ complaints area; everything documented by the way. I called Copenhagen, still nothing. Has anyone else ever had this experience? I must say that their flight attendants were very nice and they also commented that they are embarrassed about their hard ware product and that their web site promotes something completely different than the current reality and it makes their job difficult right out of the gate. josh@ joshbrowncompany. com
