Actually I travelled on 6th march from Bangalore(India) to london via Abu Dhabi with etihad airlines and I think choosing this airlines was my big mistake. At Bangalore airport ,the service lady who was there in check in counter,she put wrong tag in my two bags that is of different lady whose name was Priyanka Sharma.she was travelling from Bangalore to cancun via Abu Dhabi n New York. In New York she changed her airlines to American Airlines .
Because of this,my luggage reached to cancun. I raised complain at London airport on 7 th march and on that day itself they got the confirmation like my luggage got offloaded into cancun airport.But till now I am getting the same update like your team is not able to trace my bag .
From 8th march I am getting the same update from etihad team like baggage are there with American Airlines and we are not able to contact them. They are stuck in the same position till today.
I don't know if they are not working or intentionally they are just not interested. Even they are not responding to our calls.daily I am calling 10times atleast but no response.
I am in different country with my 20 months old baby and facing a lots of challenges daily.
I had some of my education certificates and my baby medical reports on that bags.
Even I filled up the compensation form two weeks back but again no response they are reviewing it from two weeks.
Please do some thing if you can. I am requesting you to find out my bags also.
