In January 2017 my friend Elizabeth had to cancel her flight from Australia to USA as dad was diagnosed w/ Pancreatic Cancer. Since February she has been trying to get her entitled refund. You can imagine the hours on hold, email, chat session, posts on Quantas Facebook page etc etc. It has been complete frustration. The people encountered have either language issues, or just don't know what to do. Before we hire a lawyer which would be expensive, is there anything else we can do? I WILL REFUSE TO EVER USE QUANTAS AGAIN based on their complete lack of concern about this
Thanks for any helpful informtion ppaul3 |
