Our Scoot booking reference : B6SH8G & P87L4T
Dear Sir, Kindly note that we planned for a holiday to Singapore & booked a scoot flight on 9th August2016 , so that we may have a comfortable trip & everything should be pre-planned, we booked Scoot flight TZ505 travel date 16th of March 2017 & return date 24th March 2017 TZ506. Subsequently after booking the flight we arranged for the hotel bookings & land packages for Singapore tourist attractions, Kuala-Lampur & Lankawi & back to Singapore. On 15th Sept. 2016 we received an email that the flight has been rescheduled & your booking is pre-poned to dtd. 14.03.2017, Now we again rescheduled our hotel bookings & other flights & planned accordingly with the new schedule. As per the new schedule our flight was supposed to leave Jaipur, Sanganer International Airport at 00:40 hrs on 14th of March 2017. We reached the airport with my 11-years old son & my wife & checked in, after receiving boarding pass came to know that the flight standard departure time is 01:40hrs , which was never informed to us. Kindly note that up to 4:30am in morning dtd. 14.03.2017 the flight schedule was postponed on hourly basis due to some technical fault attended by the technicians in the aircraft. In morning when all the travellers were united & requested Air India Ground staff to make an official announcement for the status , it was found that nobody was the final authority at the airport to make the decision. Forcefully with the help of security forces at the security check of the airport brought Mr.Sanjeev handling operations on behalf of scoot at 5:30 am finally showed his inability to make any announcement but informed that the flight is under maintenance & was cancelled & made arrangement for the release of passengers after cancelling immigration around 5:50am. Kindly note that due to the problem in aircraft & again & again rescheduling of the flight we have gone through the following problems- 1. Waited at Jaipur Airport with my 11-Years old son & my wife for 7-8 hours without a sleep 2. We took a morning flight from Jaipur to Kolkata of Indigo 6E 207 at 7:50hrs /10;10hrs & than further a connecting flight of Air India Express IX 922 from Kolkata to Singapore at 19:05hrs/01:55hrs 3. Reached hotel around 4:00 am in Singapore, having no sleep or rest around 48-hours (13th morning to 15th morning), due to which my son had fever also on arrival. 4. We have purchased the air tickets on 14th morning only from the counter on urgent basis, it costs around 3-times more to reach Singapore(compared to the scoot tickets already purchased). 5. Delayed in arrival wasted our attraction package for complete 1-day in Singapore on 14th March. 6. Again & again rescheduling of the Scoot flight has made heavy financial losses. 7. Call centre number of Scoot is always busy, by chance we were able to connect to scoot call center for refund of the air tickets 7-8 days before, it was told that certain fixed amount will be deducted from our booking amount, for which we are not responsible. 8. Now we are trying from last 5-days & are not getting Scoot call center number . Our Scoot booking reference are: B6SH8G & P87L4T In view of the above facts we here by request for the Reasonable Compensation for the harassment , health problems faced by my 11-Years old son & my family & to arrange 100% refund of our Air tickets with advance extra baggage cost purchased by us.
