Default Zoom

Zoom 'delayed' our flight by 20 hours from Toronto to Gatwick. Meant rather than arriving at 10:30 am on a sunday, we would land at 7am on a monday Had to get back for new job, offered overnight accomodation or flight to Glasgow. Flew to Glasgow on cramped plane. Was informed we should contact customer service on our return to apply for a refund on the train cost from Glasgow to London. Wrote to and spoke to Customer relations who would not refund the train tickets. Ended up ruining our trip and costing us an extra £101 each, plus 12 hours of our day. Apalling that they would not refund costs that were not our fault, let alone take any responsibility for the delay
