American can improve dramatically by stopping the practice of price gouging every chance they get!
Change a ticket in any way... $100 Change a departure time (even if the flight you are on is half full)... $100 Buy a ticket for someone else and they can't use it, you can't apply that charge to another ticket for you ever again! Have a destination that is only served by American Airlines, get ready for the fleecing of your life! If you want customer service, genuine interest in the client and the best value for your consumer dollar, fly Southwest Airlines. THEY REALLY CARE! |
