Thumbs down deploying and they dont care

I called AA about my horrible flight which should have taken 6 hours but took 15 hours... I tried to get first class or something for my inconvenience and I lost my whole night home for my 12 days I have left home before I deploy to iraq for a year, the supervisor didnt care.. showed no sign of humane remourse in my situation, but really its ok because im going to get JAG involved to shut down AA's service to every soldier in the army, ( : but anyway all of AA's staff are ass holes they really dont care even the flight attendants maybe they are worried about losing their jobs I dont know but hopefully their jobs are short lived.

what happend that made it take 15 hours, i know a delay, but what kind? and if one passenger saw you get first class because of your inconvenience, they all would want it, and maybe they didn't have enough first class seats. i know there are a few flight attendants out there who have that "i dont care" attitude, but there really are good ones with AA out there, why would you want them or anyone to loose their jobs? but honestly, i currently fly troops over to kuwait and home, and i cant thank you enough for what you do for our country.

I was on a AA flight on Thursday in F/c and the flight attendants went to the back and got two soldiers before departure to New Orleans and moved them up to first class. You judging all AA employees by a few that you incountered is like someone judging all solders by 1-2 that burnt villages and murdered civilians does that make all soldiers baby killers?

As with the other two responses, perhaps first class was just not available. However, I have seen when first class seats are empty, a "good" gate agent will offer to upgrade our armed forces members and putting a note to the side as "milt" to explain why the free upgrade.

All of AA's "staff" are that bad? Damn...I wonder what airline I flew a couple of weeks ago where the staff was friendly and courteous. It was an AA plane, but must have been a crew from another carrier.
