I cancelled a flight and asked to be refunded to my credit card on 3/28/07. Checked credit card account today nothing yet. Called Southwest and they said I only cancelled the flight on the 28th. They have to be idiots not to have understood my request for crediting my card.
And now to be told it wil be 1-2 billing cycles for a credit!!! THAT'S TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. They want their money right away, so they can return right away as well. Will never fly with the bunch again. They don't get to keep money if they do not have to supply the service. |
