I've been trying to send my complaint to Delta by e-mail, as suggested. I can type in my complaint, put in the flight number, date, etc. However, when I "send" the e-mail, I get a message saying the server is down (or something similar). All of my other e-mails are being sent and received with no problem. It's just the complaint e-mail I'm trying to send to Delta from their website (which I got to from the contacts list on airlinecomplaints.org.) that won't go through.

Try writing a letter the their headquarters. Here is a link I hope helps.
