Unhappy Have lost baggage clerks who can spell

At DCA (Washington DC National) when I reported that one of my bags was lost, the clerk could get neither the street nor the town name spelled correctly. The street was an easy mistake -- madson for madison. But the town -- "bailey's crossroads" was rendered "belly cross roads" -- even customer service noticed that one. It is very frustrating to deal with people who cannot understand you, and who border on surly, by the way, especially when you are stressed because of their company's mishandling of your bags.
