Flight 4067 from Philadelphia to Burlington, VT yesterday. They boarded the plane at approx 1:20 for a 1:35 flight yet sat on the runway for over 4 hours just waiting. Even making a trip back to the terminal to refuel. Finally at approximately 5:50 the plane returned to the terminal and passengers were told they were going to still try and fly that evening. No food vouchers, no anything. Around 6:35 they were shuffled back on the plane and backed away from the gate only to sit on the ground again until 8:12 when they finally took off. The onyl explanation given was air traffic congestion. But many planes were taking off all around them! Just horrible that they were made to stay on the plane all of that time and given nothing!

Ok, so you weren't on the flight, and this really isn't a complaint by one of it's passengers, and you weren't there to actually see or witness any of this.

Actually my 17 year old daughter was on this plane, flying by herself, so I know exactly what went on as I was on the phone with her continuously for over 6 hours. Any more questions or comments I would be happy to respond and give more information regarding this flight.

The only way this will be stopped is if you write to your congressman and support the bill to have the airlines re-regulated. The market is failing and unless customers demand reform these modern day robber barons will continue to abuse their monopoly.
