Me and my family of 9 went to the Dominican in Feb 2007. This is what happened during that flight!
This letter was sent to Westjet four times and still no response. Apparently they don't think much of there clients. We will never use westjet again.
We use West Jet a lot while traveling throughout Canada and I’ve never encountered such rudeness from 2 stewardresses in my life. The tall stewdress with burnett hair colour came up to my husband and told him to keep our 1 and ½ old baby grand daughter quiet because she was bothering other passengers at the back of the plane. I don't get it??? she was laughing NOT crying!
Sherri our daughter ordered a special lunch for our 3 year old grandson Ethan prior to the flight. Instead they gave him a sandwich and nothing to our granddaughter. After everyone else was served they announced that they were looking for Ethan. The big blond flight attendance came over with his lunch and when she found out he had a sandwich she took it away even though we asked for it for the baby. Another stewardess came along and we asked her for a sandwich for the baby and she got it for her right away.
Near the end of the flight the big blond and the only male Steward were picking up all the garbage before preparing to land. The big blond said and “NO CHILDREN PLEASE”. I would never leave my children let alone my grandchildren with her.
The flight home was much better. At least they gave the baby a sandwich without being asked.
