Angry Delayed in Miami

Arrived in Miami to find flight delayed due to mechanical problems....no problem...gate changed....ok...found out had been changed 3 times prior to our arrival. Was there really a problem or what... Once boarded more problems, boarded and sat another 2 hours on the plane due to weather....ok.... Finally, took flight and after an additional 4 hours added to our arrival time. Then the crew announces that after waiting and on the airplane for several hours and crew recommending not to get off the aircraft for water or restrooms break....to find that they had not restocked the plane with beverages or snacks.....so they only had enough to serve FIRST CLASS CUSTOMERS. Well, after all the delays etc...you think you could at least offer a bottled water to ALL PASSENGERS. ..FIRST TIME TO FLY AMERICAN AND LAST TIME TO FLY AMERICAN....NOT TO MENTION THE PLANE INTERIOR WAS IN POOR CONDITION. In my business, if we inconvenience a client or customer.....we do anything and everything to make sure they are comfortable and HAPPY.....not for money but because we are humane and caring people........I am very disappointed in the airline industry...I don't mind delays especially associated with safety issues but don't make poor excuses to cover your inadequate and inefficiencies. You can't tell me after that plane sitting there at the gate for several hours someone couldn't make sure the beverages were loaded so that ALL your passengers could be served. VERY DISAPPOINTED PASSENGER
