Complaint against Saudi Airline Crew aboard flight SV879
I was travelling business class with my spouse, 1 kid and two infants. I was treated very badly by one of the crew members aboard flight SV879 (LKO - RUH) on 24 august 2012.
Here are major complaints against just one of the crew members (fair complexioned and arabic speaking). 1. In my disappointing response to lack of proper bassinets, he advised me to choose some other airlines for future travel. 2. He denied giving another bassinet for my other twin baby 3. He yelled and shouted at me and tried to harass. Rest of the crew members were very polite and helpful. They tried to help. However, this particular incident should be brought to the notice of higher authorities and the responsible person should be disciplined to avoid future occurrence. |
