Two years later? What did you want to happen? Sounds to me like AA handled this very well. They took your complaint seriously and had the guy arrested... it would not be for AA to keep you informed what happened it would be for the police. You have no complaint against AA from what I can see.. the police maybe, but not AA.

Ok, this might actually be a religious experience. Jim and I actually agree on something.

firstly has hell froze over? Grom and Jim agreed on something
Secondly I am shocked the police or proscutor didn't follow up with you for statements when they guy went to trail. I would be screaming at police to make sure this scum bag doesn't do this to someone else and that they didn't let him go with a fine and/or slap on the wrist. He should also be on made (if not already) to go on the sexual offends list.

There may be more to this than meets the eye... there are many unanswered questions, not least of which how the poster was supposed to perform oral sex on a man in tube with about 150 witnesses... perhaps the police felt there was insufficient evidence or more to the story

The only thing to do would be to follow up with the police and/or prosecutor's office. There's nothing more AA could really do, and two years later your reservation is not even going to be in the system any more, so it might as well had been 1968 that this happened.

As stated, the police or prosecutor may have dropped the case or maybe the guy simply plead guilty at his arraignment, in which case there would be no further need for witnesses. However, if nothing was done, I'm not sure what your chances of having anything done now would be. It's probably not going to help that you haven't followed up for two years, so to the police and prosecutor, it kind of would look like you maybe weren't that interested in pressing charges.

It also depends on how many witnesses there were, but I'd say since there was an arrest, there had to be one or two, otherwise it would be a simple he said/ she said case.

Why would you not have called an attorney, unless you did and they shrugged you off. Write to your senator and ask them what to do.
